PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME) REQUIRED Summers Morgan , an established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Chorleywood, are currently looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to provide support to our highly skilled and welcoming payroll team. Key Responsibilities: - • End to end payroll process to include: - - Managing starters and leavers- Ensuring systems are updated with relevant changes to clients records/pay details- Accurately calculating statutory payments/deductions in accordance with governing body guidelines- Submission of electronic data to HMRC each month in line with RTI procedures• Liaising with clients and resolving payroll queries in a timely and professional manner via telephone and e-mail• Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations • Auto enrolment pension processing Requirements: - • Minimum of 1 year experience of payroll or finance• Accurate, with good attention to detail• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively and work to tight deadlines• Respect for confidential information Benefits: - • 33 days holidays (including 8 bank holidays) pro rata• Employee Assistance Programme• On-site parking• Sick pay• Employee discount• Cycle to work scheme• Flexible work schedule Job Features: - • Job Type: Permanent, Part time • Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) pro rata Please apply by clicking " Send Application".
