The medcom group is a Colorado owned and run business, we pride ourselves on being a company people want to work at and continue working at for many years. Working with our patients to provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and patient homes in the Durango, CO area.You will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and instructing patients on medical equipment, tracking inventory, completing patient paperwork, answering patient questions, and other support tasks. Expect to work 10-30 hours a week, primarily Monday-Wednesday. After 60 days you'll be eligible for paid time off. If you are detail oriented, organized, like working with people, and have the ability to work with a flexible schedule, this may be a great job for you! This is an entry level medical service opportunity with potential for growth. The use of your personal vehicle will be required. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required. You will be working with Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines, NICE cold therapy devices as well as other types of medical equipment. These devices are usually ordered by an orthopedic surgeon to facilitate post-orthopedic rehabilitation.Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 30 per weekBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Wednesday (occasional Thurs/Fri) On call Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Hospital: 1 year (Preferred) DME: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
