A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for Patient Customer Service. Key Responsibilities Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients and insurance carriers Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote environment Dedicated workspace for remote work Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
