We are looking for a TOP Parts Manager in the industry who are ready to build a long-term career playing a key role in the management of parts, inventory and warehouse function of our operation. Primary Job Functions Develop and manage employee performance through training, coaching, evaluations, and succession planning Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor parts sales (open orders, estimates, and contracts) Maintain strong customer relationships Manage inventory control (cycle counts, excess returns, emergency/critical orders, obsolescence) Assist in the annual strategic and budget plans Qualifications 5+ years experience working in a parts department Journeyman Parts Technician ticket Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to determine appropriate actions Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.
