Job Title: Parts Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review each service order for correct parts. Gather parts needed for service work order. Assign correct parts to each service order. Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund. File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork. May occasionally need to deliver parts to contractors. Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufactured housing industry experience desired High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be working at a rapid pace within the production line. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
