Description:
The Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide advanced care to patients in our residential programs. The selected individual will perform patient assessments, diagnose disorders, prescribe medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care. Additionally, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will participate in administrative and clinical staff meetings, assist with medical and clinical policy development, and promote health promotion initiatives. Requirements: Master's degree with coursework in psychiatric mental health nursing Board certified as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner Prescriptive Authority license Drug Enforcement Administration registration National Provider Identification Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia About the Organization: Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) is dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and recovery for the people and communities it serves.
