Desirable: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living Highly Desirable: Possess a PCA, HHA, CAN, LPN, or LVN certification Benefits: $18 to $21 per hour Bonuses Pay-on-Demand Flexible schedule! Employees decide what clients/ shifts to accept! Work close to home! Employee Referral Program Clearly defined job tasks Outstanding 24/7 support Training opportunities You Must: Speak, write, and comprehend English AND pass our test that assesses those skills Have a valid Driver’s license (not a permit) Possess active auto insurance Be able to work at least 3 weekdays every week for 5-6 hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Essential Functions: Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes in Rosemount, Apple Valley and Hastings.
