Our professionals provide quality patient care and strive to create effective partnerships and alliances with the medical community.We are currently seeking to employ a Part Time Adult/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide on-call services for our post-acute locations in Maryland and Virginia. As our on-call Nurse Practitioner you will be a part of our caring team of NPs who are responsible for fielding calls from home Monday - Thursday from 7p - 8a, and on weekends from Friday 5p until Monday 8a. This is a crucial part of our care continuity requiring full attention to handle the complexity and call volume.Requirements:Previous experience working in the Post acute / Long Term Care a plus Maryland Board licensure Federal DEA certification Experience with geriatric patients preferred Our vision is to establish the standard of care in the post-acute settings through clinical excellence, high quality customer service and responsiveness to the unique needs of every patient.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $40.00- $45.00/hourBenefits: Flexible schedule Medical Specialty: Geriatrics Hospice & Palliative Medicine Primary Care License/Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required) Maryland Nurse Practitioner License (Required) Powered by JazzHR
