What's In It for You: Competitive Pay: Earn $18-20/hour, with biweekly direct deposit. Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Sundays: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Responsibilities: Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to engage the two youngest children (ages 7 and 3). The family is looking for someone who loves to sing, dance, laugh, and play to keep them entertained and happy. Create a fun, engaging environment by participating in outdoor activities, imaginative play, arts and crafts, and reading books. Encourage learning through play, such as teaching basic preschool skills (numbers, letters, colors, shapes) to the youngest child. Ensure the safety of the 7-year-old, who has a tree nut allergy, by avoiding exposure. Provide light engagement with the 12-year-old, who is fairly independent but may occasionally need assistance with creative activities or school pick-ups. Focus entirely on having fun with the kids—no cooking, deep cleaning, or laundry required! Engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities. Ensure the safety of the children in your care. Prepare meals and snacks and handle the clean-up of kitchen and play areas. Qualifications: Authorized to work in the U.S. Over the age of 18. Own a licensed and insured vehicle. CPR/First-Aid certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire. Willingness to undergo a background check and fingerprinting. 2+ years of experience working with children and infants. A genuine interest in working with children and maintaining a professional relationship with families. Ready to Join Us?
