At HCM Wealth Advisors, we are on a mission to empower our clients to make intelligent financial decisions, so they will enjoy secure retirements. We are seeking an Assistant for our Advisors. In this supporting role, the individual will have responsibilities that include gathering data to develop financial and retirement plans for our Advisors to use with clients. This position will assist our Advisors with deepening our client relationships by helping us provide excellent service and communication. Duties and Responsibilities The Advisor Assistant can expect to focus in the following areas: Gather, organize, and synthesize client data within a financial planning context Secure and input data into software for financial planning Prepare meeting agendas and other client-facing documents Assist with meeting follow-up documentation and tasks Administrative support including documentation processing, workflow management, and client scheduling and contact Establish and maintain client files, ensuring appropriate documentation and assist with onboarding new clients Qualifications Two + years of Banking/Financial Experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter; takes initiative Team player, collaborative, able to work with others Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment Experience with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or Holistiplan considered a plus Salary and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Long-term opportunity in a growing firm, with the possibility of career advancement.
