ParalegalMaschka, Riedy, Ries & Frentz Law Firm is looking for a full-time paralegal withprimary focus in personal injury to join our team in Mankato, MN. We have anamazing group of people who work together to provide our clients with the bestpossible service. Paralegals will work closely with the legal team to assist in theday-to-day operations of the practice.The ideal candidate will be a professional, reliable, and dedicated individual who iswilling to learn and grow within the legal field. Must have excellent interpersonalskills, writing skills, organizational and time management skills. Paralegals arerequired to maintain confidentiality.Responsibilities Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other personnel regarding casestatus, deadlines, and any concerns or issues that arise Drafting demand letters & legal documents Maintain & update client files, including obtaining and organizing caseinformation/documents/evidence Summarize medical records and analyze medical billing Draft correspondence to clients and other parties Assisting with litigation, including answering discovery and trial preparationFour-year degree in paralegal or bachelor's degree with paralegal certificatepreferred.
