Description:
Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced paralegal with at least 5 years of experience working in a law office setting who has a demonstrated interest in working in a fast-paced law firm environment and team-oriented culture. The paralegal will perform administrative office tasks and assist attorneys with legal work in the preparation of legal documents and client correspondence. Administrative tasks will include answering phones, greeting guests, monitoring mail, managing office supplies, making photocopies, and scheduling appointments. The following skills are required to excel in this role: Excellent interpersonal skills Fantastic document management skills Accuracy and attention to detail Discretion and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with ability to adapt to other software programs Superb time management and demonstrated ability to work under pressure due to time sensitive deadlines The ability to prioritize multiple tasks or projects The ability to work independently and collaboratively on a daily basis The ability to receive constructive feedback, be flexible to learn new things, and implement changes to improve productivity and produce excellent work product Exposure to the following areas of law in a law firm setting are preferred: Estate Planning Probate Administration Trust Administration Tax Guardianships Elder Law Compensation: Competitive salary Please submit your salary requirements with your resume and cover letter Schedule: 8:00AM-4:00PM Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Bonus/Commission: No
