Responsibilities: • Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed • Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems• Manage the accounting and distribution phases of formal and informal estate/trust administration cases• Gather asset information and financial account information.• Communicate with clients' firm staff regarding updates on cases.• Work independently/remotely with the ability to reach out via technology when help is needed. Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting• Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills• Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference• Talented communicator and writer Compensation: $60,000 About Company: Nesevich Law is a comprehensive Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate Law Firm serving clients throughout New Jersey, with offices in Moorestown and Manalapan, NJ.
