Ovarian Cancer Research Opportunity - PhDSouthern California Practice Highlights: The UC Irvine Health System is seeking a PhD or MD/Ph.D. researcher to join their well-established OBGYN department as a tenured faculty member Both PhD researchers and MD/PhD clinician-scientists will be considered Work in a 400- bed tertiary care center in Orange County For research purposes, work in a 2000-square-foot lab space on translational research with the goal of developing methods of treatment for ovarian cancer Opportunity to work with medical students and residents as a clinician educator Monday to Friday schedule with regular business hours Work 1-2 days from home with a hybrid schedule if desired Compensation Highlights: As a tenured faculty member, this opportunity offers a guaranteed base salary (partially provided by the state) Generous start-up package to help establish your research practices Additional bonuses and incentives available Up to $10k in relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, dental, malpractice coverage) 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans available with a retirement match 24 days PTO plus paid holidays Community Highlights: West coast major metro with access to an international airport Immediate access Los Angeles, San Diego, and more!
