Compensation: $40k-$60k/year base plus commissions. Target earnings of $150k/year or more Training Period: We have an in-depth training/mentorship program where you will learn from our best! Training will take place at our headquarters in Belcamp, MD and our satellite territory in Philadelphia, PA. Training typically takes up to 6 months to ensure you are set up for success and reaching your sales goals. During this training period, you will still have opportunities to earn commissions on sales. Key Responsibilities: Support business development and account planning within your assigned territory Act as a liaison and work directly with various manufacturers Manage existing business relationships and validate new opportunities Handle customer requests and requirements Manage business travel, including record-keeping of mileage and expenses Occasionally fill in outside of your assigned territory when needed Qualifications: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and understanding their specific needs Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and PowerPoint) Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Basic organizational skills Valid driver's license and access to an automobile, as travel within your assigned territory is required Minimum of a 2-Year Technical Degree; a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Sales/Marketing is preferred Experience in B2B sales preferred sales jobs, sales coordinator
