Specializing in glass products and services, we need a go-getter with a proven record of surpassing sales goals. As our Sales Representative, you will be tasked with acquiring new business and nurturing client connections. First year will be salary and commission and the second year will be a generous 10% commission on all sales. Responsibilities:• Conduct market research and identify potential customers• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers• Negotiate and close sales deals• Attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Qualifications:• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the glass industry• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software• Willingness to travel as needed Compensation: $60,000 About Company: The American Glass Company is a commercial and residential glass company located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
