Responsibilities: • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Database and CRM Mastery• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Driven to succeed in sales and in life• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Great communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
