Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outreach Mental Health Worker to join our team. In this crucial role, you will work within the Kent and Medway Joint Working Protocol for Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Misuse Disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide psychosocial interventions to individuals identified as having alcohol or substance misuse issues coupled with co-existing mental health needs. Successful joint working with various agencies is essential for meeting the complex needs of these individuals, and your role will be instrumental in achieving this. Key Responsibilities – Outreach Mental Health Worker: Conduct backssments, including risk, initial, and comprehensive backssments, to inform substance misuse treatment plans.
