A company is looking for an Outreach/Customer Service Coordinator to manage outreach processes and provide customer service for eligibility programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee the outreach process to determine eligibility for federal and state programs Develop and implement training related to eligibility processes for the team Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain accurate data entry Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in a healthcare specialty; Master's degree preferred Five years of project support experience in a corporate/professional environment Relevant knowledge of the Federal No Surprises Act Project management skills required Understanding of quality improvement concepts preferred
