Position is eligible for sign on bonus!Qualifications: Certified Hand TherapistMust be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.Minimum of a Bachelor's degree if graduated before 01/01/2002.Master's degree required if graduated after 01/01/2002.For international candidates, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required; a Master's degree is preferred.Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice within 90 days of employment.CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.Must maintain all certifications and licensure in accordance with expiration dates.American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) membership is preferred.Additional Requirements:Valid driver's license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver's license.Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.Willingness to work at various locations as assigned.
