Job Opportunity: Activities Coordinator & Event Production Seasonal Role (December through March) Location: The Hermitage Ski Club at Haystack Mountain, Wilmington, VermontDo you love skiing, snowboarding, and creating memorable experiences in a unique, private environment? The Hermitage Club, an exclusive ski resort next to Mount Snow, is seeking a dynamic Activities Coordinator & Event Production Specialist for the upcoming winter season. About the Role: As the Activities Coordinator, you'll work closely with the General Manager and management directors to develop and lead a fun-filled calendar of on-mountain and in-lodge activities for members and guests. From thrilling contests and themed entertainment to surprise weekend delights (think Dr. Seuss's Fun 1 and Fun 2!), you will ensure every event is engaging and unforgettable. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute a variety of recreational activities and events. Organize themed contests, entertainment, and interactive experiences for all ages. Collaborate with the club's leadership team to ensure events run smoothly. Deliver a high standard of member engagement and guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Passion for skiing/snowboarding and outdoor activities. Background or education in recreational management or event production . Strong organizational and leadership skills.
