About the Opportunity: Joining our team at an independent not-for-profit health system presents an opportunity for ENT physicians seeking a fulfilling practice in a rural community setting. With a manageable caseload and light call schedule, you'll have the opportunity to balance professional responsibilities with personal pursuits, all while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Practice Details: Independent, not-for-profit health system with 5 exam rooms and plans for expanded surgical services Surgical cases focus primarily on bread-and-butter ENT procedures Collaborate with one clinical manager and two allergy nurses to deliver quality patient care Schedule: 4-day work week No Call Approximately 18-22 patients per day with one dedicated surgical day per week Compensation & Benefits: Earning potential of up to $750,000+ with additional production incentives Quality incentives up to $100,000 annually Commencement bonus of $40,000 Student loan repayment options, resident stipend, and CME allowance provided Full benefits including a 401k match, earned leave, and paid malpractice with tail coverage Location: Offers access to outdoor adventures, with nearby trails, lakes, and ski resorts Explore the city s historic downtown, art scene, and events showcasing the local heritage Experience the warmth of small-town living in a community-based environment Residents benefit from a range of educational opportunities, including undergraduate and graduate programs, and continuing education courses JN -2
