Allina Health is expanding its Southern Minnesota region for ENT. We have had significant growth in the southern region for ENT which has led us to expand our physician coverage in Faribault and Lakeville. About Faribault: Faribault is a dynamic, growing community of 23,352 residents situated at the confluence of the Cannon and Straight Rivers in Southern Minnesota. Located along Interstate 35, just 25 minutes south of the Twin Cities metropolitan area, our community enjoys the advantages and conveniences of being near a major metropolitan center while providing the livability of small town Minnesota. Faribault offers an atmosphere of planned, well-managed growth against a rich historical backdrop. You will have a combination of OR & clinic time. Most physicians spend 2.5-3 days in clinic and 1.5 days in OR once practice is up and running. You will be part of call rotation. OR will be United, Faribault Medical Center, & Ambulatory Surgery Center (likely at AH Surgery Center Lakeville). **No nighttime or weekend call** OR surgeries – all ENTs do general (ear tubes, tonsils, adenoids, and then physician preference) Some specialize in sinus, ears, etc. so depends on your personal preference. A place where you can build the career you want—and you and your family can be part of thriving community. **Allina-employed surgeons may have an opportunity to purchase an ownership interest in Allina Health Surgery Center Partners, LLC, providing these surgeon investors with an indirect ownership interest in, and the right to receive financial returns from, Allina Health ambulatory surgery centers.** Principle Responsibilities Evaluates, diagnoses, provides consultation and comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck that affect the ears, nose, throat, the respiratory and upper alimentary systems and the treatment of disorders of hearing and voice. Provides education, consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families. May provide care in an ambulatory clinic, inpatient or outpatient hospital setting. May participate in on-call rotation Job Requirements Doctoral/Ph.
