Fast Paced, Progressive, Well Established, and Collaborative Dental Kidds has a fast-growing orthodontic department and is looking to add an Orthodontist to step into a well-established and respected dental practice serving children and teens. We have 4 clinics located in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide the highest dental care to our young patients while creating a supportive work environment. Dental Kidds leads the industry with state-of-the-art equipment, beautifully themed clinics, and the top 10% of teams in the United States. Responsibilities: --- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and assessments for patients. --- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals. --- Perform various orthodontic procedures --- Monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments as required. --- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. --- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. --- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications: --- Valid orthodontic license or certification in the state/region of practice. --- Knowledge of orthodontic principles, techniques, and best practices. --- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. --- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. --- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. --- Dedication to providing quality patient care.
