Join a practice of four general orthopedic surgeons, two orthopedic spine surgeons, an orthopedic hand surgeon, primary care sports physician, four podiatrist, and two pain physicians. _x000D x000D_ Position Details: _x000D x000D_ Sports Medicine Fellowship desired_x000D_ Strong built in referral base-72 Primary Care Providers_x000D_ Joint Surgery Center Ownership Potential_x000D_ Established athletic training program providing support to area high school and college sports programs_x000D_ Service Line Model including: Spine, Pain, Podiatry-All under one roof_x000D_ Dedicated Joint Program_x000D_ Mako Robotic System_x000D_ Wound Center_x000D_ In-house digital radiology, PACS, MRI, and comprehensive Rehabilitation Services_x000D_ Level 3 Trauma_x000D_ Epic EMR_x000D_ 24/7 Hospitalist Service-217 bed facility_x000D_ 160+ Employed Multi- Specialty_x000D_ Primary Service Area-250,000_x000D_ Favorable Indiana Malpractice Environment_x000D_ Call-1:6_x000D_ _x000D_ Compensation Details: _x000D x000D_ Competitive Compensation_x000D_ $100K Signing Bonus_x000D_ Qualifying for the PSLF_x000D_ Surgery Center ownership potential after 2 years_x000D_ Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage_x000D_ Benefits: 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included_x000D_ 30 days paid vacation annually_x000D_ $5K annual CME allowance_x000D x000D_ Qualifications: _x000D x000D_ Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Orhthopedic Sports _x000D_ Experience Required: Opened to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians_x000D_ Licensure: Indiana Medical License_x000D_ Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
