Order Operations Specialist

Description:
A company is looking for an Order Operations Specialist to support the order-to-cash processes governed by the Revenue Operations Team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and validate intercompany sales orders for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with sales teams to gather documentation and approvals for orders Track the status of intercompany orders and resolve discrepancies as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 0+ years of experience in sales operations and/or order management, or 1+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Strong understanding of sales processes and order-to-cash cycles Experience with order management systems and tools Familiarity with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software is a plus
