A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant or Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and develop custom reports and integrations using OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas Build and maintain reports across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, and Talent modules Develop data integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, Developer, or Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on work in Oracle HCM Cloud Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Benefits Proficiency in developing reports and integrations using OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas Solid experience with SQL and PLSQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred
