The Role: As an Optometrist, you will play a pivotal role in performing detailed eye examinations to backss vision and identify abnormalities or diseases. Responsibilities: Prescribe appropriate medications or corrective lenses as necessary. Educate patients on eye health, contact lens care, and eyewear choices. Identify and manage prevalent eye issues like dry eye, glaucoma, and cataracts. Coordinate with healthcare peers for comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on optometry advancements and integrate new technologies into practice. Requirements: Previously worked as an Optometrist or in a similar role. Understanding of age: related changes in vision and senior eye care. Knowledge of ocular anatomy, physiology, and common eye conditions. Exceptional abilities in patient care, establishing connections, and delivering empathetic support. Skilled in performing comprehensive eye backssments and analysing test findings.
