Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for providing a discreet and professional VIP ground handling service, must be self-motivated and able to work on initiative. Customer focus is essential, the service is bespoke and as such you must remain presentable and courteous and discreet at all times. Must have and aptitude for phonetics and radio communications where required. Work well under pressure, coping with diverse, highly procedural industry requirements, whilst maintaining a flexible approach to all aspects of your work. Promote the Avfuel/Avflight brand and Contract Fuel programme and other Company initiatives as required. Facilitate all visiting aircraft requirements (both passengers and crew) e. g. Fuel, Ground transportation, hotel bookings, catering etc Generating invoices for all 3rd party movements, ensuring accuracy and competency with internal invoicing and input via the Avfuel Hub. Clearing National and International flights with Special Branch and United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA), ensuring compliance with local restrictions. Be prepared to work flexible hours including shift and weekend work as rostered by Company management. In good physical health - a basic medical certificate is required to grant an Airside driving permit. A desire to further your skill set through relevant industry training. All staff must comply with Company Health & Safety policy in addition to operating procedures and any Ground Staff Instructions issued by the Operations Manager.
