The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a dynamic role with a clear career path.Key Responsibilities: * Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals. * Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team. * Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders. * Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met. * Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives. * Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed. * Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle. * Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project. Requirements and Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management. * 5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. * Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial construction. * General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million. * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. #LI-CS1 Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
