Operations Manager needed for school food service located in the Edison, NJ area. This is a full time salaried position. 40 + hours per week. 10- month assignment , no weekends or holidays, summers off! Must possess strong managment, and leadership skills, experience in K-12 would be a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in a school district.Duties to include: Overseeing the needs of the school district. Professional client communication. Assure that staff is maintaining the highest food safety and quality. Work hand and hand with the food service director. Must maintain a full staff, hire as needed. Assign training as needed. Assist in counseling/ and or disciplinary actions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Apply today!
