A company is looking for an Operations Manager - Automation to manage the network performance of their automation program. Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to improve customer uptime Develop and implement efficient manpower models to maximize performance and profitability Evaluate and set pricing for automation services and products to enhance program profitability Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in Automation roles, including Banking and Service Delivery Advanced technical skills and experience related to automation systems Experience in project management and operational strategy Ability to travel as necessary for meetings with managers, technicians, and customers Expertise in product or market knowledge specific to the automation industry
