Johnstone Supply is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in operations management, process improvement, and data analysis This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset and an interest in business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Process Improvement Identify areas for process optimization and assist in implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity Data Analysis Collect and analyze data related to operational performance, inventory, and workflows to support decision-making Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of operational processes and prepare reports to track and communicate key metrics Inventory Management Help monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and support order fulfillment processes as needed Quality Control Assist in quality assurance tasks, including product inspections, workflow audits, and compliance checks Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with other departments, such as finance sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operational processes.
