We are seeking an applicant who has experience with multi-family properties, advanced AppFolio knowledge, real estate license is a plus. We currently manage 260 doors with 180 owners. Duties include move-ins, move-outs, evictions, health & safety inspections, meeting technicians at properties, 3-day notices, day to day communications with property owners, tenants, and third-party suppliers, via Appfolio. Daily operation tasks via onsite location between in-person employees and virtual assistants. This is a 100% on-site job in Fountain Valley CA. Responsibilities:• Fieldwork - move-ins, move-outs, 3-day notices, site inspections• Operations work - communication with property owners, tenants, suppliers, rent collection, follow-up on work orders. • Utilize Appfolio software for all operations work.• CA laws - pertaining to tenants, property owners, leasing, evictions Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is a plus for this job. If not licensed, will require 6 months of employment• Advanced skill on Appfolio• 100% on site• Property management experience with multi-family residences, condominiums, HOA, at least 3 years Compensation: $25 hourly About Company: Elizabeth Do Team is one of the top realtors in Orange County, CA. Known for excellent customer service and long-term relationships with clientele. We have an affiliation with Enclave Property Management which is hiring for a Property Manager. We are a small business, high-volume, real estate office. The Property Manager position will be on-site Monday to Friday with employees here and with virtual assistants overseas. We are looking to continue increasing our Property Management roster and would like you to join our leadership team.
