Job Summary: The Operations and Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality training programs and educational curricula across all corporate and franchise locations. This role ensures that all teaching staff are equipped with the tools and resources needed to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with the organization's values and standards. The Coordinator will work closely with center directors, teachers, and corporate leadership to maintain consistency, compliance, and excellence in the delivery of early childhood education. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development & Support: Assist in the creation, updating, and implementation of curricula to meet developmental benchmarks and reflect current best practices. Collaborate with the Manager of Curriculum and Training to implement feedback from teachers and center leaders to continuously improve the curriculum. Audit and continually update curriculum supply list Act as the primary contact for teachers regarding curriculum-related inquiries, offering support and guidance as needed. Training Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinate and deliver onboarding training programs for new educators, ensuring they understand curriculum guidelines, educational goals, and classroom management strategies. Plan and facilitate ongoing professional development workshops for center staff to promote continuous learning and development. Collaborate with center directors and district managers to identify training needs and schedule appropriate sessions to address gaps. Schedule logistics of training sessions including agenda, speakers, content, meals and travel arrangements Quality Assurance & Compliance: Support the Manager of Curriculum and Training in monitoring classroom performance and ensuring teaching practices align with company expectations and educational best practices. Conduct periodic classroom observations to assess teacher implementation of curriculum and training protocols. Maintain Parent Aware calendar across the company, set deadlines for centers to achieve rating Oversee the implementation and tracking of CCEI training across all centers, ensuring all centers complete required coursework in a timely manner. Provide guidance and support to staff regarding CCEI coursework and professional development. Resource Development & Management: Develop and maintain and audit library of training materials, educational resources, and curriculum aids to be used across centers on FranConnect Provide teachers and center leaders with access to the latest early childhood education trends, research, and resources to enhance their teaching effectiveness. Administrative Support: Assist the COO and Manager of Center Performance with special projects related to center operations and performance improvements. Prepare business reports, data summaries, and analysis to help inform strategic decisions and operational planning. Serve as a backup for line leader daily tasks to support operational functions, including enrollment tracking and data management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field required; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education, preferably in a curriculum or training capacity. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, classroom management, and best practices in education. Experience in facilitating training sessions or professional development for educators. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace and familiarity with learning management systems. Bilingual (Spanish) required. Travel to local centers and centers of out state is required. Up to 50% Compensation: $50,000 - $56,000
