Electrosonic Inc. is looking for an Operations Analyst to support our operations team located in the West Coast area. This position reports to the VP of Operations. The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Electrosonic external and internal clients have the best customer service experience possible by providing support and assistance for all assigned responsibilities. The Operations Analyst will support regional operations teams by coordinating resources, providing financial planning /analysis, and other administrative support related to project delivery to clients. This role requires a dynamic personality; ability to multi-task and think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing? In conjunction with the Finance team, develop and monitor annual and monthly forecasts, track performance and proactively coordinate with PMs and leadership to achieve targets Monitor project cost performance against budgets and proactively provide feedback to project managers and operations leadership. Manage the day-to-day regional office operations including scheduling cleaning and maintenance, stocking EHS equipment, and ordering office equipment and supplies. Assist Operations with day to day administrative duties including frequent special projects Support regional operations team scheduling technical resources Coordinate travel and per diem for the regional team Maintain fleet information and schedule maintenance/service Actively participate in production review meetings, record/track action items, and follow up on closure Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and track invoicing Schedule, support, and organize various events and/or meetings Actively collaborate with internal teams across the business to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and superb product and service quality Maintain employee and business information accurately and confidentially Provides any additional support to ensure Electrosonic is successful. Operations Analyst are an administrative support role to support the Operations Department. The specific tasks assigned may develop over time as the needs of the team and Electrosonic evolves. What Experience, Skills, and Attributes you will need to be successful? Strong business/financial acumen and analytical skills Able to deliver high quality work product, disciplined with attention to detail An active team player with a can-do attitude Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively prioritize and distribute customer inquiries and tasks Experience in working for a multi-time zone global company Excellent communication skills. Hands-on self-starter Ability to remain calm under pressure Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite of products What qualifications are required? College degree in business or related field Strong desire to learn and be trained. Previous project-based experience is preferred. 1-2 years in an administrative support or coordination role is preferred.
