Client: Peak Systems Inc.Duration: 6+ Months with possible extensionLocation: Bogalusa, LA Onsite Admin II - Intermediate level Work onsite at customer property (not remotely unless told otherwise) Represent HPI interests and be liaison with local customer management teamo Report customer dissatisfaction to Client Manager (CM) and HP account teamo Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities Proactive monitoring of customers printer fleet utilizing FMA and other tools Assist end user with device functionality Perform initial trouble shooting Perform maintenance on devices as directed by CM Coordinate with HP Support when service is required Coordinate with HP with SW branded support Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites Assist with device(s) deployment/replacement as directed Track usage/activities at customer sites to better understand their needs Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed Miscellaneous duties as directed by CM and account team Install toner onsite Manage offsite storage unit Break/fix services for supported print devices as requested by Customer (ex: Glass Cleanings, Fuser Replacement, Waste Toner Collection, Transfer Kits, Roller Cleaning & Replacements, Jam Clearing, Maint Kit Replacement, Tray Adjustments, Drum Replacements, ADF Cleaning, Print Quality Issues) OSA Individual Technician Responsibilities: Provide Cell Phone for communication Provide Vehicle for transportation to surrounding Bogalusa, LA facilities Proper Dress Code: Khaki/Slacks/Collared Shirt/Comfortable Walking Shoes.
