JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment for employees and positive online shopping experience for customers through planning, execution, and coordination of online department operations. This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently planning, directing and supervising all functions and activities of an Online Shopping retail department and its team members to achieve department objectives, which may include sales, profit, customer experience, and employee engagement in accordance with L&B Cares principles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines. Manage online shopping team members to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with department operational standards and expectations, to include adhering to all food safety guidelines Coach, mentor, motivate and lead direct reports to accomplish goals of the location and personal goals for each staff member. Assist with hiring, training and developing team members, including performance management and general supervision. Model Lunds & Byerlys customer service standards and provide exemplary hospitality to customers Maintain department staffing levels through labor scheduling to ensure that service standards and productivity needs are met while achieving department labor objectives. Review financial performance reports as well as analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities to grow sales and improve profitability objectives through efficient planning of resources, to include labor Assist in communicating with staff about new programs, procedures, policies, upcoming events and initiatives. Maintain inventory of all supplies necessary for proper online operations Collaborate with store management and team members to ensure products are in-stock and available for orders OTHER JOB DUTIES (Not considered essential to the job) Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education High School Diploma or equivalent degree Licensing Required: None Experience Three or more years' of supervisory experience LFHI Competencies expected of all employees include: action oriented, communicates effectively, customer focus and instills trust. Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Solid product knowledge of items sold, including determining size and item specifics is essential Reading, writing, addition, subtraction, multiplication, calculating percentages, intermediate computer skills, and strong communication skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English OTHER REQUIREMENTS/EQUIPMENT USED, IF APPLICABLE Equipment Used Office Equipment (this may include computer, phone, printer, scanner, copier and fax machine) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
