Job overview: Owns the onboarding process for new partners from start to finish. Reviews new account paperwork and verifies accuracy and consistency in the info provided. Determines what licensing and training needs the partner will require in order to start offering our plans. Guide new partners through the process of obtaining any required licenses, completing required training, and submitting their background investigation to the underwriter. Communicate with sales reps to advise where accounts in onboarding are in the process and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the onboarding process is a smooth process for new agents. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that documentation submitted in the onboarding packet is all correct and consistent Provide licensing guidance and instructions to new agents Guides agents through the process of submitting their background investigation to the underwriter and works with Generali to get applicable licenses appointed Create producer profiles, and reconcile data between CRM, WF, IRIS, TIPS, and other proprietary systems Coordinate producer commission data with internal stakeholders Performs other duties as assigned by management Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills: A min of two years of data entry and/or administrative background A min of one year of background in an insurance or regulated industry Prior licensing background preferred Prior customer service background wanted Exceptional accuracy in written correspondence required Attentive listening, spoken communication expertise and exceptional client handling PC Proficiency: Microsoft office suite (Ms word and Microsoft excel) Excellent organizational, clerical and data entry skills Expertise to multi-task, prioritize and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Education/Certifications: High-school degree or Equivalent (GED) Physical Workplace atmosphere: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit for long periods of time; use of hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; finger dexterity; talk; hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and expertise to adjust focus.
