Join our team and be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to students and families for all their school uniform needs.Responsibilities: As the On-Site Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting to the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your duties will include:- Learning and maintaining a deep understanding of uniform guidelines for various schools and grades.- Assisting customers in locating merchandise and providing personalized recommendations when needed.- Efficiently processing sales transactions at the register and ensuring proper bagging of merchandise.- Receiving and organizing inventory shipments, fulfilling backorders, and maintaining well-stocked shelves.- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.- Undertaking various managerial tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store.Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.Working Hours: Our store operates during regular business hours, including weekends.
