Key Responsibilities: General Office Engineering duties such as preparing quantity sheets, pay estimates, correspondence, and weekly/monthly reports. CCO preparation and routing. Maintain accurate categorized system of files for project. Maintaining project documentation and reporting. Develop and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings. Requirements: Previous construction Office Engineering experience on public works projects. SANDAG experience preferred. Familiarity with Caltrans or SANDAG processes and procedures Proficient with the use of computers, Microsoft office suite and CM software Strong skills in documentation and record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret contract documents Salary Range : $104,000 - $156,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K Note to Recruiters and Job Placement Agencies: We do not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles from recruiters or agencies.
