What You Will Do Assist in answering commercial business phones Manage the job start-up process Track time and materials Manage Foreman correspondence, dumpsters, inspections, permits, owner training, etc. Manage project close-out Assistant to GM and VP Maintain spreadsheets What We Want From You 2+ years of office assistant experience, preferably within home services Professional and customer-focused personality Self-starter, reliable, etc. Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within the department High School Diploma or equivalent At Metro Electric, we treat you like family!
