Working with children of various ages, from infants to young children, you'll help them overcome challenges and achieve important developmental milestones.At Jewels Therapy Clinic , we are committed to providing exceptional care to children and fostering the professional growth and development of our team members. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) with us, you will have the opportunity to embark on a career journey enriched with a tailor-made mentorship program designed to support your growth and success. Salary :$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments for pediatric patients.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.Administer evidence-based interventions for fine motor skills and sensory processing.Collaborate with parents and caregivers to extend therapeutic support at home.Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports.Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology.Work closely with healthcare professionals, educators, and families for coordinated care.Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in pediatric occupational therapy.Advocate for pediatric needs and participate in community outreach programs.Adhere to ethical standards, regulations, and patient confidentiality.
