Our client is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join their team in Lewiston, ID. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $117,000 per year. Benefits: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance and Housing Allowance Dental, Medical, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Retirement Plan Equity Options Paid Time Off (PTO) Work Schedule: Acute Rehab Unit Only: Choose between Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts). Acute Rehab Unit/Inpatient Units: Split schedule with Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts), dividing time equally between the Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient Units. Key Responsibilities: Objective Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ self-care capabilities, evaluating treatment diagnoses, medical history, cognitive function, sensory-perceptual-motor abilities, and daily living activities. Goal Setting: Set measurable and realistic treatment goals tailored to each patient’s unique needs and conditions. Treatment Planning: Create and implement dynamic treatment plans designed to achieve or progress toward established goals, ensuring consistency and continuity to improve patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program with at least a bachelor's degree. Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Idaho (applicants can apply before obtaining a license). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in Acute Care settings.
