Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation. Areas of Responsibility: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician's direction within the post-acute setting. Supervision of occupational therapist assistants, within scope of practice Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes!
