Overview Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area. Very competitive sign-on bonus of 125k or 100k loan repayment/85k sign on ~ Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians ~ Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA ~ Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center ~50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology ~ Experience/interest in high-risk OB is preferred ~ Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area. MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 500+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Mercy Medical Group is aligned with Dignity Health, operating on a medical foundation model. Dignity Health is a part of Common Spirit Health, one of the nation's largest health systems dedicated to advancing health for all people. #Community Description The area offers a wide variety of activities to enjoy, including fine dining, shopping, biking, boating, river rafting, skiing, or attending one of many different cultural events. Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
