Mission centered nonprofit healthcare group seeks 4 OB/GYNs in either Aurora, Bolingbrook, Carol Stream, Joliet or Elgin - all western Chicago suburbs! contact : Jon Crosby Benefits: Compassionate patient centered group, sees all patients, all income levels excellent malpractice coverage 21 PTO days in year 1, 28 in year 2, student school repayment NHSC up to 25k yr tax free, 403b match 3-10% 300k/yr base guarantee, plus up to 100k/yr in bonuses for # of deliveries, plus 16k/yr in patient satisfaction scores About the role: 2-4 patients per hour 32 hours a week in the clinic, 4 hours a week in Surgery -call ranges depending on the clinic from 1:3 to minimum 7 days a month. -some clinics are brand new and growing and some established with NPs, OB/GYNs and CNMs. -hours: 8-4p with 1 day 8a-8p, 4 day work weeks -working in Rush , Northwestern and Advocate hospitals Background profile: BE, BC - OB/GYN - BC Sincere interest in working with the underserved, sicker, high - risk patients open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship / waiver candidates About the area: 2.7 million people Sitting on the banks of beautiful Lake Michigan, Chicago, Illinois, is the third-largest city in the United States, just behind NYC and LA.
