We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence based practice to improve outcomes - to every resident and patient, every time.Job DetailsThe RN supervisor is responsible for the safety and comfort of residents and the health and safety of employees while providing supervision for the facility.Responsibilities:* Administers nursing care to residents as needed/assigned* Plans resident care utilizing the nursing process and individualizing the needs of each resident* Initiates a teaching plan based on resident/family learning needs* Performs required procedures with knowledge and skill* Attends supervisory meetings as scheduledSalary RangeUSD $60.69 - USD $60.69 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
