We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional private duty nursing care in a home care setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality trach, peg tube, and foley care and general nursing care to bed bound patient in North Ridgeville, ensuring safety and comfort. Work with full-time aide present for patient care and assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and progress. Ability to work 12-hr shifts 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and any changes in patient condition. Job Requirements Unencumbered license as in the State of Ohio Minimum three (1) year of documented clinical experience. Private duty, home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, etc., is preferred Strong clinical skills. Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Licensed driver with reliable and insured automobile (proof of insurance required) Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
