Monitor patient care performance, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with corrective actions. Develop record-keeping systems to track medication errors and counseling efforts. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Education: BSN required; Master's degree preferred. Licenses: RN License (Primary Source Verification required) BLS (AHA) Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in emergency services administration.
